At Sublime Amathyst, we strive to provide you with high-quality crystals and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or seek a refund. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
All Returns must be initiated by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date as specified by the shipping provider.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@sublimeamathyst.com Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued for eligible returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
2.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated period, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at customerservice@sublimeamathyst.com
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchanges Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging, as well as your order number.
4.2 Replacement or Refund
We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.
